Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return requests raised after 5 days of receiving the product will not be accepted under any circumstances.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return, recording an unboxing video is compulsory.

Important Instructions:

  • The video must be recorded without pause or cuts
  • Recording should start before opening the parcel
  • The full product and any damage or defect must be clearly visible
  • The outer packaging label should be visible in the video
  • ⚠️ Returns will NOT be accepted without a proper unboxing video, even in case of damage or incorrect product.

3. Return Eligibility

βœ” Returnable Products

  • Wall Hanging Products only
  • Wall hangings are eligible for return only if:
  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • A valid unboxing video is provided
  • The return request is raised within 5 days of delivery

βœ– Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Puja items
  • Decorative items (except wall hangings)
  • Handicraft items
  • Any customized or handmade products
  • Once delivered, these products cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned wall hanging products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging and accessories
  • Not show signs of installation, damage by customer, or misuse
  • Products failing quality checks will not be eligible for refund.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong wall hanging product:

  • Record the unboxing video
  • Contact us within 5 days
  • Do not use or install the product

Failure to follow these steps will make the order ineligible for return or refund.


9. Final Authority

All return and refund decisions are subject to inspection and approval by Omisone Enterprises.
The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
